Perform a comprehensive review to ascertain what documents are present in the provided file and assist in identifying to establish the chain of title to allow for a successful evaluation of the underlying documents of an asset(s).
Will incorporate any additional documents or data provided including but not limited to BPO’s, AVM’s, O & E or title reports and provide a summary of the evaluation with potential touch points or areas of concern.
